Where do girls go to high school?

The council's zones send girls to Modiin and to Ulpanat Neria; morning buses run from Hashmonaim to Ulpanat Neria and Ulpanat Orot.

Do I get school transport if my child studies outside the zone?

Zones decide whether you get council transport or a travel refund. If your child studies outside Mateh Binyamin, update the transport department in June.

Hashmonaim's schools are run by the Mateh Binyamin Regional Council, and the council's registration zones decide where your child goes and whether you get school transport. The zones are: primary at the Ramat Modiin state-religious school in the yishuv; boys' junior high and high school at the Bnei Akiva Ner Tamid yeshiva; girls' junior high and high school in Modiin and at Ulpanat Neria; and the state (mamlachti) stream in Modiin for all ages. Registration for grade 1 and grades 7 and 9 is online through the council. The council's morning buses run from Hashmonaim to Ulpanat Neria and Ulpanat Orot.
