Clalit runs pharmacies in the Kiryat Sefer combined clinic on Mesilat Yosef St, in the Brachfeld clinic on Rabbi Akiva St in Modiin Illit, and in the Beit Yehonatan building at Azrieli Modiin. At Shilat Junction, the Be pharmacy opens on Motzei Shabbat from half an hour after Shabbat until 23:00, which makes it the usual option for medicines after Shabbat.
